Assemble Accident Team: Field Adjustor; Outside Counsel; Accident Reconstructionist; Criminal Attorney (if necessary)
Alert Accident Team: Provide team members with the accident information and each other's contact information
Get Driver's Statement: Have outside counsel coordinate with authorities for driver statement
Arrange Driver/Counsel Meeting: Arrange for the driver to meet with outside counsel for an interview
Arrange Driver Testing: Arrange for the driver to have drug and alcohol testing (if required by DOT regulations or company policy)
Secure Scene Photos: Secure scene photographs (if the accident reconstructionist not able to be on scene)
Secure Electronic Data: Secure the event data recorder (EDR) by collecting it from the scene or towing vehicle
Secure Vehicle: Arrange for download of all electronically stored vehicle data
Secure Media Reports: Secure media reports of the accident
